Day 1: ARRIVAL
Our Tour Company representative will pick you from the airport and transfer you to your proposed accommodation site in Kampala, depending on the time of arrival. If your flight arrives in the morning, you are advised to change your money in Ugandan Shillings for use in your safari. You can then make urban trips to some of Kampala’s historical sites with the help of our driver/guide. This can be done in laces like; Kasubi Tombs, Wamala tombs, Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, Museums and craft shops around town like on

BIRDING SAFARI IN UGANDA: KAMPALA AND ENVIRONS PLUS LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK
This richness is reflected in the number of birds per square kilometer the highest than any other country in Africa! Given the small size of the country, which is approximately 235,000 square kilometers, Uganda boasts a national bird list of over 1008 species. This represents more than half the bird species that can be found in the whole of Africa. Bird species ranges from Forest, wetland, and savannah.

The park covers 260 sq.kms and lies along Mbarara road within easy access of Kampala. It is an attractive park of rolling hills and open grass valleys, interspersed with thickets, woodlands and rich wetlands.
Enjoy this very un-visited park that affords the visitor sights of the impala (only found here in Uganda), waterbuck, cape buffalo, topi, zebra,eland and leopard. Hippos are very vocal and feed in the open during the daylight hours. Along with a game drive many visitors enjoy a boat ride on the lake.
Murchison Falls, Kibale Forest and Queen Elizabeth National Park
DAY 1. Pick up from hotel for an early morning departure driving north through the Luwero triangle and Masindi town to Murchison Falls National Park arriving in time for lunch.

MOUNTAINEERING TRIP TO MOUNT ELGON 8 DAYS
Elgon is not a difficult mountain to climb. Aspirant hikers need to be reasonably fit, but no specialized equipment or skills are needed to reach the peaks, and the mountain is not so high that there’s a serious risk of the altitude-related illnesses that regularly afflict hikers on the upper slopes of the mounts Kilimanjaro or kenya. Elgon can be climbed at any time of the year, though the dry season (June-August and December-March ). The most favourable months are November and December given the fact that it is when the highland flowers are in bloom.
